In most states, I notice that there are no annual fees payable to the state for creation or maintenance of a family trust.

@Kris Haskins  - I've just read the actual indictment fully:http://mortgagefraudblog.com/wp-content/uploads/20...It would appear that the 5 defendants involved, actively & knowingly participated in the creation & submission of false & fraudulent documentation to secure the short sales - 9 counts of fraud in total, and it would further appear that they were aware of their actions.There also seem to be issues with "declared relationships" (which is interesting as it could pose problems for wholesalers with relationships with realtors finding the short sales on their behalf).

The unemployment rate, net migration, wealth, job creation, etc. all matter.

Wealth creation is 10% Inspiration (Planning/Strategy) and 90% Perspiration (Getting it Done).  

While I do agree that buying rental property is a great long-term strategy for accumulating positive cash flow and ultimately wealth creation, if you start out buying rental property using all cash you will eventually run out of money.

I'm a proponent of doing some 'wealth creation' before jumping into passive income. i.e., flip some houses first (we're making $70k - 100K per flip) and then later enjoy a smoother transition into cash flowing properties.

I strongly suggest you seek legal counsel to assist you in the creation of this fund who is familiar with the particular locale.
