Things that are sight variants of this model that aren’t turnkey (in my opinion) include, -Marketers/Promoters who promote properties they don’t actually own- new construction who partner with a PM- Real estate agents or rehabbers who sell properties while partnering with a third party PMThis is simply my opinion and others may disagree and that’s fine.

In order to make the deal happen they end up doing both their buyers work, and the sellers work while only getting a half commission.Problem is that your property won’t be on MLS, won’t be promoted by the real estate brokerage community, and won’t have the benefit of being in a system that, because of the large number of listings has synergistic benefits.
