So got a chance to speak to the neighbor today and apparently its a pretty twisted situation that makes me dizzy thinking about it.

Any and all resources regarding this information are greatly appreciated.I am completely new - please be gentle!

My problem is more on the number one side with a little twists, it is just a temporary thing because I cannot afford it at the moment but if I start investing I can no doubt about it invest here in a couple of years, the problem is that I don't know what to do now to start my investments and make the money so I can invest here.

If an offer comes in at a certain percentage below their asking price, they are not allowed to accept it.I can't tell you how many times I've watched a bank-owned property linger on the MLS, twisting in the wind at a completely unrealistic price, while the bank rejects lower offers--only to have the property eventually sell at that lower price point several months later, when the bank has fulfilled its internal obligations to seek the highest price. 

It is somewhat of a twist on the highest and best use concept.

I did the simple stuff myself - paint, tile, wood laminate, gently used appliances, fixtures, ceiling fans and I contracted a few items like repair of a split floor joist, electrical short and a few plumbing problems.
