There are many many entrepreneurs who are not very good at math or even dyslexic but they have managed to build very successful businesses, Sir Richard Branson of Virgin being of them.

I am always glad to see the entrepreneur spirit is still alive in some that are actively trying to find good deals in the market by pursuing new avenues instead of just flogging you poor realtors to find the non existent 6 CAP.
