Finding a Mentor as a teenager

Hey all, I’m 16 years old and have been extremely eager to start getting my hands wet in real estate. I’ve been eager because I want to continue my learning curve as books and podcasts can only teach you so much and no real experience. I’m willing to do anything it takes, weather it’s managing small multi families, helping with rehabs, or creating leads. How should I move forward? How can I prove my capabilities? what should I avoid doing? And Should I attend real estate events?

Ultimately my plan is to start a private equity real estate firm and an educational program for young entrepreneurs (already have started institutional order flow in the foreign exchange market, and accounting) which is why I put this thread/discussion in the CREI section

Thank you for your time!
