Pass the bookkeeping to a bookkeeper recommended by your accountant.Sit in the hot tub instead of doing the books.Spend time on the cellular reviewing the reports (while in the hot tub) with the accountant.When finished, go make more money--or head out to dinner at your favorite place.Good Luck!

Lastly the other thing agents have to get over to their family is that set 6 pm dinner time will be violated a lot.. 

so to some thats a lot of money to others that just a nice dinner out.  

I just had dinner last night with a gentleman who does seller financing and to be honest, from what we discussed, it seems like a really good strategy.

If any new/experienced wholesalers and/or investors would like to connect/meet up for coffee or dinner I am totally down and would enjoy the connection. 

And I was on a Cruise in the Med once and had dinner with a high end builder from Florida who was doing the same thing 2 to 4 mil homes making 500k each..

Network and learn what to do from people a little more experienced at a fraction of the cost (coffee, dinner, lunch etc.) and use the $40,000 to invest in Real estate yourself. 

Yeah, we have this magic "tell me machine" in our hands and we use it for everything from how to make dinner to health decisions, cloths, you name it. 

Do a cookout and offer $100 drawing/gas card/dinner, what ever is legal there.
