I would like some opinions on something that probably happens every day in the life of a business person.Let's say hypothetically, you own 100 Main Street, LLC.You were denied a Credit Card so all you have is a Debit Card, but you don't yet have enough money to pay for some of your capital expenditures.You do have $10k Credit on a Personal Credit Card that you have yet to use.If you go ahead and pay for some of those Capital Expenditures, for instance, a new boiler for $1k, a replacement fridge, $1k, etc. is this something that would pass an Audit of 100 Main Street, LLC if you claimed the Capital Expenditures on it's books?

You can deny or tell him there are negatives that require certain actions, but specifics can only be shared with her permission.You are not required by law to accept her in the property.

I’m a little worried now because when I received my license application there was a sheet of paper that list reasons to why someone could be denied a license. 20 years ago when I was 18 I was arrested for petty theft twice in one year.

But after a month of back and forth with me providing all the documents the underwriter denied my application saying they need one year of rental income record.I have since called many banks but have not found a good one yet, either because they offer a rate that s on the high side, or low Loan amount, or not take my rents as income.Could you recommend a lender that you have used that could work for my situation?
