I have looked at a number of threads posted over the past couple years about this investment model and I see some good information and positive results but a lot of deletions and lack of specifics along with the other posters that provide uninformed opinion.

If this was deleted from the contract (if it was considered not to apply)...then you have the right to back out of the contract due to the flood zone issue.First of all...I would recommend you hire your own attorney...and not one provided by the Real Estate Agency (unless they had you sign a buyers representation contract, Real Estate Brokers all typically represent the seller).

You never want to get rid of revolving credit (unless you have such a huge (credit) portfolio that it doesn't matter anymore) because you'll never have seasoned lines/credit history if you just keep deleting them every couple of years. :) And I have seen people who have "line closed by lender" marks on their portfolio after lack of usage for long periods of time, so I also love your bi-annual purchase suggestion.

In my view, there is no way to constitutionally enforce this rule but there is no pressing issue for the city council to delete it from the books.

believe it or not, someone from the city called the county and had them delete my land contract transaction from the county site!
