If you are the person doing the most work finding the deal, you could become a more senior partner and command a bigger chunk of the returns OR you could bring a smaller chunk of capital and ask for a equal return.

I am a KW agent so I then upload the DNC scrubbed list into Command(that is our CRM) and use Twilio which we have connected to Command to send an auto text campaign to the leads. 

You might be able to command a premium to offset that, but the question is - will it be enough?

However, throughout many different areas of Miami, there are a lot of older, tired landlords and property managers that are either too lazy, too comfortable, or not aware of the high rents the Miami markets are commanding.
