How is the climate in Barbados?

Does it have a good climate? 

I love my job, but after 6-8 years of working 9 am-9pm, I find myself on the eve of the last year of my 20's finally getting spooked about retirement, and the true gravity of what the future may hold especially with our current political climate.

Well I picked mine up in 2004, so in the current climate it's apples and oranges.

Yes it will probably be about 5K to purchase an install but as Scott stated they are a heat pump and may have problems in colder climates.
