Brennan Davis $50K and a Business Plan
21 December 2020 | 3 replies
My question is:-What to include in my plan-How to incentivize them -Where to start gathering numbers and USEFUL data This is where I am currently:Capital: $50K Market: Louisville, KYType of property investment: Multifamily 3+ UnitsThe overall goal in this plan I’m presenting is to start a foundation of equity that will lead to the ability to refinance these propertie(s) and be on track to grow at a multiple rate (Y1=1, Y2=2, Y3=4, Y4=8, etc) Any help is greatly appreciated, and I will be happy to fill in any missing pieces to this puzzle Hi, Brennan,Ask your Grandfather and his brother for a copy of a good business plan they already have and use themselves as a template. It will show you what they want to see.If they steer you towards some generic plan, or have none of their own, then you will have to communicate with them (perhaps a lot) on what they want to see (communication is the backbone of any partnership--don't neglect it).Since you are a fish out of water with this--ideally your Grandfather would work with you to develop the plan--so you learn what he wants vs. just giving you an assignment like this and hoping you hit the target.Just my 2 cents.
