my monitoring functions are in op  how do you go about getting them to work?

Are there functioning Gfci's where needed?

They still look brand new and function flawlessly.

This is not untrue, but it is limited in it's statement in the sense that in some cases, a warranty & guaranty may not be needed, so looking to the function of the transfer is important.  

It's simply a function of supply and demand. 

I have been apart of bata testing on some of their add on features, and they have people call you and ask you as a property manager what functions do we need to add to make your job a lot easier.   

Since my post I used the search function and found several forms on the topic, and will continue due diligence. 

But, because I myself would never rent a place that made it neccessary for me to tsle mu clothes to a laundrymat, I would offer her the option that for $25 or $30 additional per month, I will replace the washer and dryer with functional units.
