@Jason Merchey so, I feel that way about the town of Weaverville because it is so small and quaint, and I have to imagine that at some point the town council/board will put restrictions on them.

Apparently the hotels ganged up with the teachers unions to get this pushed through the city council.  

Marcus Crosby posted a link about it on page one of the post.I went to the Cedar Park city council meeting on it several months ago.

my neighbours have been served a section 21 add 8 but the council police and letting agents seem to be doing nothing.

That being said, zoning changes and variances are reviewed by boards appointed by the City Council and there is no guarantee the board or dissenting constituents/neighbors will agree with your request.  

The January meeting has a speaker from the Lexington Fair Housing Council giving a presentation on Landlord Do's and Dont's.

I understand anything posted here is not considered to be legal council.

The city of Cleveland as this is being done through the city council.

Also the San Diego city council had voted to limit them last year but it was retracted, not sure how regulations will be in the next few years if any?
