The bullet heaters can really dry the house out and cause shrinkage in existing drywall and caulking leaving lots of cracks and gaps.... and possibly warping, checking, splitting of wood products Whatever you do I’d make sure the on-site GC can monitor the temp/humidity in the house to mitigate any issues moving forward.

Every now and then something may pop up in Tempe or Chandler, but you probably have to move quickly to get it under contract.I know a few places that should be able to help you out on the equity loan.

Keep in mind this is when the outside temp was well below zero so this needed fixed ASAP.

I didn’t have the money so I kept calling the warranty co when it broke down. 3rd guy said the first 2 only did temp fixes and he fixed it.

But what about midwestern cities like Chicago, Dallas, Houston and Phoenix/Tempe etc.?

Meaning no inspection.If temp was set at 55, you won't have burst pipe from cold. .But you also don't know if heat has always been on and when it was winterized.

This was after our Chiberia which was -30-40 temps.
