My first house hack is in my wifes name as she is a traveling nurse.

Before I started learning from BP and some other places about 5 years ago after having a couple major medical problems that made me bedridden ever since I turned 54 (I'm now 61) I have spent most of my time learning about real estate investment but I would like to hear about Partnerships and raising money to invest in real estate. 

She informed me that tenant is on a medical leave and will be by in a week or two.

I have traveled to the property to take some pictures of the outside.

Born and raised here but traveled enough to know what’s out here in the world.

Unfortunately, when I was 54 I suffered from 2 serious medical problems and I've bedridden ever sense but I have spent much of that time learning how to become a real estate investor while not working. 

There is also a good one in York and if you're willing to travel some in Lancaster and Lebanon.

A good factor to put into play, if commute time is a top priority, is what time you will plan to travel for work and how many days you'll be "in the office."
