I do all my own landscaping at my home and hope I can translate my knowledge to properties I purchase in the future.I am new here too and trying to figure out how to best utilize the resources here. 

They confiscate first and ask questions later, which usually translates into litigation that can last for years.

@Michael Hebron JrIf you have a single member LLC with no special tax election you can pay whatever you want with it as it is disregarded for IRS and it all come down on your personal tax return.Now from an asset protection point of view, by using your llc to pay for things that have nothing to do with your LLC you are de facto creating an alter ego and lost any protection by piercing its company veil.You need to treat your company as a business.

In your experience how does half booked in summer right now translate to the actual numbers that you'll get in summer? 

Sale values of properties may tank, but rental values will only be affected IF the the supply and demand dynamic of rental properties is altered. 

It doesn't mean that you can't buy those but I suspect that they're merely translating a USD price into pesos.Unless I forgot any other countries where the USD is used, the local currency is used in the other countries.

I also alter the distance and time frame depending on the neighborhood.

We’re in such a seller’s market right now that buyers don’t have much leverage with inspection items unfortunately, so I’m recommending buyers only ask for health and safety items for the most part, or anything expensive that alters the viability of the deal materially as an investment of course.

In Hawaii, 45 days notice is required for non renewal of a month to month lease, I think that would also translate to any changes in the lease, the hotline would be able to tell you that.
