I work full time for a technology company, but I want to become a full time real estate investor.

A quick disclaimer: I am not a real estate agent or vendor, and I have nothing to sell or market to you.What I would like to ask, is from a technology/web/app perspective, what drives you crazy on a routine basis?  

My educational background is in building automation technology. 

Technology is very helpful when purchasing real estate directly with retirement funds.

The reason this is possible is that technology these days has advanced to the point where, once you get the kinks worked out, you can do things this way and get deals done. 

The concept isn't foregin to me, but I still think its a pretty cool way of leveraging technology to source funding ...Have any users tried crowndfunding to finance any real estate projects?
