I also think Crested Butte has some opportunity with the new builds in town and walkable condos.I echo your sentiments about Tahoe.Others I would add are Big Sky, MT and Sun Valley, ID.Though all of these have seen pretty crazy appreciation the last 5 years, the ski pass consolidation is helping make out of state resorts more appealing to all skiers.
