I've only got a small budget starting out that I can commit to for any length of time, so I want to target a segment that will give me a decent shot at getting a deal or two out of it.

This creates a higher and higher amount of net income and most business or commercial assets sell for a multiple of net income/earnings whether its real estate (cap rate), stocks (Price/earnings - ratios), and or smaller business which you can look up to see what their multiples are.For instance you could start a business with 10,000 dollars and grow it to 250,000 net income and fine tune your business and systems so that it receives the highest multiple in your segment or industry of lets say 13x.250k annual net income X 13x = 3.25 Million so or 300k Net operating income on an apartment building at a 5% cap rate is a 20x multiplier so 300k X 20 = 6 Million evaluationBasically you're creating and manipulating assets by learning the formulas which the "value," is derived. You can focus on the net income (magnitude) or multiplier (velocity or speed).

The GOP was smart enough to realize that an important segment of the constituency -- the religious-right working-class white families from the mid-west -- would take to his southern drawl and lack of any intellectual overtones.

Local attorneys (in our experience) cannot hope to keep up with this onslaught and we are going to be part of a conference in Chicago during the first week of May in which over 500 attorneys are paying over $4,000.00 a head to attend a two day workshop on just one segment of the new regulations.

Not bad Jon.Did Krav for one hour last night. One segment we did plank position for 1 minute hold then directly into 7 star pushups. Then 45 plank,5 star push ups, then 30 and 3 star push ups, then 15 and 2.Another fun one is we are in a line next to each other and have to knee the person holding the bag as fast as we can.The we drop and roll to the the next person with the bag and keep kneeing when they yell switch.Anther fun one is going through multiple different stations (push ups,sit ups, rope waves, dips,ab wheel, squats, curls, etc.)and the attacker comes at you from the ground or stand up at random from different angles.
