I have used this site to lend money to others but I have not borrowed money there.As a lender what is your view of Prosper?

I have always had an interest in real estate, but never got around to taking the plunge.My goal is to purchase distressed buy and hold properties in the surrounding areas (The Colony, Little Elm, Prosper) and possibly as far as Florida (lets see if anyone talks me out of remote ownership).

@ Joel Gierbolini  We do not have restrictions on lower loan amount as long as prosperities are in livable condition.
