$350 pet fee (not deposit), and $25 per month pet rent.It really doesn't matter how good the tenant is, the pet is dirty and creates damage, whether it is the dark spot on the wall where it loves to lay, the wear in the carpet where it paces back and forth to the door and back to it's spot, broken blinds where it pokes its nose through to look for people, water drips on the flooring where it eats and drinks from its bowl, the landscaping (digging, wearing run patterns, poop ,etc) etc, etc. 

I usually follow these "people" moving patterns when looking for investment homes. 

This is probably more business focused because travelers are less price sensitive, stay for longer, and the travel patterns are more predictable.4.

if not maybe go with obviously different color to try to make a pattern?

Add some patterned duvet covers for pops of color.

Then I notice, their house is expensive than mine LOL  Most reliable contractr has the same pattern usually, they are not the cheapest, and they want you to respect them.

And I've fallen into the same pattern from time to time, which ebbs and flows with my schedule, but I do always like to try and at least respond to anyone on BP who reaches out.

Not a lot of tile really, if it isn’t a gut new install, with simple tile pattern, no new pan to test, then sure a pro could re-tile couple corner showers in 7, all on site, really easy pattern set.

This next thing I will say is strange to me because I have not ran into before or after , probably will once I get the other properties, but the one thing that was a very strange recurring pattern for me were individuals with a sad story of circumstances ready and willing to pay 3 months of rent and also 3x the deposit we were asking for....but I filter that non sense and headaches out quick once I directed them to fill our application.
