The city of Chicago has so much to offer people with a vast array of fantastic food, music, life, and cultural experiences.

Recently I have grown tired of the same music, and I can only take so much of talk radio........Hopefully in a month or two things may slow down a little more and I can focus on procuring a SFR.Until then it is more time reading and studying

I've setup a few keywords, but i'm sure that there are a few that I'm missing.I enjoy live music, fast cars, craft beer and laughing hard.

The only really unique accolade I can boast at this point is to probably be the only investor who can say “BP saved my life.”

Some of my hobbies include sports, traveling, music and enjoying time with family and friends. 

I notice you're an audio engineer Dave Visaya music is my secondary passion!

They continue to play the TVs and music exceptionally loud and do not care that tenants and I have let them know multiple times it is not acceptable.

Fraud, forgery, undiscovered heirs... don't be the one without a chair when the music stops.

I have watched TV, movies, listened to music, books on tape and then finally found podcasts.
