He also mentioned in texts that realtors and an inspector came to that conclusion in price.On the 5plex we discovered that 2 tenants and been kicked out and the 2 units had been completely remolded in Sale condition not a Rental remodel, both listed and rented thru zillow.

The inspector missed that there was a window pane that was entirely unsealed and that none of the smoke detectors had dates written on them and that 4 of the 7 (long story as to why there's 7--the fire code changed) were dead.

Working on an addition, had the footers dug and called them in , it was a week for an inspection , it rained on day 4 and there was some cave in and mud , we had it hand dug out , it then rained the day the inspector showed up and failed , had to dig again and waited 3 more days for inspection , had to shore upsides with plywood and bring in 5 tons of stone ( per inspector ) .
