That'll eat thru my reserves awfully quick. 

Thankfully, I have reserves to eat it for a bit as a worst case scenario.

Somebody will pay my rent for me or the landlord will eat it.

@Justin JonesHi Justin,I do not recall how much it would be for two, that was a long time ago lol.....however my grocery bill for a family of 5 (my kids are all under 8 but they eat like teenagers), is regularly $500-600 a month. 85% or greater of our meals is home cooked.

A lot of properties (especially condos and in the price range I was looking at) had at least some "wood eating insects" damage.

Up to this point, the only effect this crisis has had on us personally is that we've stopped eating out (a good thing) and we haven't been able to attend church (a bad thing).Our church has virtual services but we don't have broadband and thus can't watch them.In two weeks we'll find out how this is going to impact us as April rents will be due.

It may just mean that that over indulge by eating out three times a day.

If it's a slight delay, eat the costs, and don't be shortsighted by taking away commission from your agent & Attorney.

@Jesse UnrathNot sure what the Canadian equivalent is, but here in the US the saying is "have your cake and eat it, too." :)With your method, nobody would ever have any taxable income, since the money is always set aside for something.

They want to have the residential loan but in a LLC, the proverbial have their cake and eat it too.
