Thursday evening was dedicated 1:1 time with my daughter, Friday evening was a family movie night, Saturday was a morning swim class with my daughter and we visited family that evening for dinner and a movie, and Sunday was church and lunch with family followed by some errands and ending with another family movie night.THIS WEEK’S PRO TIPI attend several meetups a month and some of the benefits are targeted networking like finding general contractors, general networking like meeting the person you sit next to, and exposure to new ideas from the speakers.

One or all of the three tenants were cooking dinner (none of them wanted to admit who it was), they were frying something in a pan, it flamed up, they then dumped it in the sink and turned on the faucet.

I have spent more time contemplating where to eat for dinner. 

Extra costs for grabbing a fast dinner of morning coffee instead of cooking because of the long commute.When you add in the extra costs, often your house hold budget will remain the same whether you buy the expensive/close house or the far out cheap house, just instead of higher housing costs you have higher auto/child care/food costs.Plus when you add in the part of your life you loose sitting on the freeway, instead of at your kid's T-Ball game, and your composure when coming home after battling traffic, stressed, etc. you are really giving up a lot of your life.I have had life with a 3 hour commute each way, and the ten minute commute. 

There is a lot your tenant can do to turn off potential buyers, so instead of demanding that they leave the premises (a request I do not believe you can enforce), offer them a reason to leave, such as dinner out or movie tickets.

I don't really spend money on clothes, I'm pretty minimalist, just the occasional dinner date with the girlfriend.so Total so far I have: $1,824.34/$2,954.79 (~61.74%) Now I would like to put about 15 more percent into a Roth IRA before using my saved money towards potentially more volatile investments, so that would put me at about $700 a month to save for real estate investing.

I've talked to a number of random strangers around the Columbus area and even having dinner with one, tonight, that I just met at a Panera near Grandview / German Village this morning, during breakfast.
