Good luck Thanks bob you’ve explained how big your operation is and that’s wonderful and all but for us investors who have only a couple properties and can’t “give contractors as much work as they want” I’m looking for a solution.  

If me then yes, I have a couple properties I have worked on or in the process of. 

I now prefer to buy out of state turnkey that I hold average return is 9-12% yearly on those.

Hi, We have a nice property that we rented to a married couple. 

Do you guys think Midterm renters are usually just 1 person who prefer a studio or 1bed/1ba?

But I prefer texting over phone calls also because its a step back and you can always think about how you will respond before sending.My problem is that some tenants find this texting on their phone too easy, and like to have someone to gripe and complain to.
