My home in Lake O here went from 500k to 1.5 in 10 years just got my tax bill.. so not sure what % that is but its still 1 mil in equity And I suspect it probably peaked to a great degree .. compared to say areas that price points were 80k and they went up 10% a year for 10 years granted they made some upside equity about 100k to 120k but not nearly as much in real dollars.
