I'd also recommend getting an umbrella policy on any commercial property that you're investing in.

(We are not living in any of them) For insurance, agents are telling us its a better route to just up the insurance on each house vs getting a separate umbrella policy policy to cover the LLC we created.

Some advise to simply get the mortgage under your name and get an umbrella insurance policy (it can later be transferred to the llc).

Is the only other option to do an umbrella coverage?
