It’s a trend that will have some effect yes, but it’s being way over hyped.

It's media hype.

I wouldn't buy the hype about an oversupply of housing just yet.

It would give me time to study and I would have some time to review that morning.When going to take the test don't expect it to be a hyped up center where you can make connections before/after taking your test.  

Tax overages are an old, old game with much more hype than actual opportunity.  

Okay, I know that game, I don't think you'll have much success with wholesaling off the MLS as the guru hyped it.

I did a fair amount of research and although there is definitely a lot of hype about this company I am still a bit skeptical.
