Hi, I had a painter who seems inexperienced who painted my house( referred by one other good handyman who gave up after taking half advance saying he got big projects cannot do these small jobs).

If worse comes to worse and I need to get a judgement against the tenant and co-signer(s) can I force them to pay?!?

Maybe your wife would be willing to take a lump sum based on the equity in the Air BnB. 

1) an investor will pay the least for your house.2) An assumable loan will only help if you owe at least 8-%, preferably 90% or more if the sales price for an owner occupant who will pay the most. 3) it’s been a VERY slow winter.  

The concept won't become completely obsolete but the need is certainly diminishing.

Without giving the individual's name, even though once it is filed it is public information, could you post the specifics they are alleging or the case number?
