I've googled this after you post and just got more questions than answers.

There will always be negativity around us, and if we let fear win over rational thinking we would never have successful companies like Google, Apple, Facebook, Amazon, etc.

This forum has many aids and ideas on how to manage while working a full time job... and in the end, it does not take that many hours.

If none of them will, then you need to hit Google hard and look more.  

Summary:-The industry is saturated-Kool Aid claims are commonplace.  

Whether this is using something like Facebook Ads or Google AdWords or just going to local events and handing out business cards with your URL on them.  

I've come across a number of them with a Google search, but I would like to know if any Atlanta investors are having good luck with HM lenders in Atlanta, and which ones other members would recommend.
