*NO* nose rings, earrings (if you are a guy), visible tattoos (wear long sleeves if you have them on your arms), powerful colognes or perfumes, or rings or necklaces that are overboard (forget the ring on each finger, or the 1970's used car salesman necklace) --- save all that stuff for the weekend.That's my 2 cents... ;)

I am keeping my fingers crossed. 2) As he's fixing the bathroom tub, he found there was mold growing in the bathroom walls because of the leak.

I just can't bring myself to do it.....And Chris, I sence that you have the eye of the tiger toward a real estate investment practice, eager and ready to pounce on the possibilities out there, that can be a good thing, but you have some research to do my man....I'm going to back out for awhile and stop foaming, get the sheet rock out of my finger nails from clawing my ceiling after reading this thread.

If you really have your finger on the pulse of the local real estate market you may be able to estimate the increase/decrease in value over the time period in question, for your own purposes.
