It's just part of nature and something you have to accept as a cost of doing business.It literally involves ten minutes of time to crawl under the house with a garbage bag, mask, and gloves.

The farm ground is also in the trust which, I assume makes it ineligible, too.  The

Masks on and socially distanced for sure, but faces (though we have pictures here) with names is always good. 

There'd be instant equity by that time too (the property is already undervalued).

Lots of hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, and mask & gloves!

Then go over it with a fine tooth comb-sounds like hes trying to hide something

Same goes for the property owner though too, the ones who chase the cheapest price are the most headache.
