I must admit I'm struggling a little with starting a brand new website for my small local property rental business, because I was really thrilled by the the most comprehensive collection of WordPress themes on http://www.templatemonster.com, http://www.elegantthemes.com, etc., that you will ever need to build your own real estate portal.

May just have to be patient and wait for the delinquency issue to get cleared up so as to get the FHA approval back so I can sell the 4 units I can't rent or possibly go the owner financing route which I'm not thrilled about.

If you need a concealed carry permit and a Kevlar vest, then unless you are some sort of Property Manager Warrior with a thrill for adventure, then you will lose 95% of the time.

I prefer the challenges of life to the guaranteed existence; the thrill of fulfillment to the stale calm of utopia.I will not trade freedom for beneficence nor my dignity for a handout.

HOWEVER--there are MANY I now know and consider friends that are THRILLED with the returns they've gotten by doing just that.

Both of the tenants have aspects that I'm not thrilled about (less than clean living habits), but the tenants on one side just set my alarm bells off.When I inspected the house before purchase they were living with no water or gas service to the house (they are responsible for utilities).

Tenant may not be thrilled but at least they can't say you are not fulfilling your agreement.

I was thrilled to have done a lease option because I was simple able to walk away after the lease.
