Some ideas I had:- Ask for invoices/receipts for all services and purchases so I can investigate if something unusual comes up- Set up e-bill for utilities and internet so that I have direct access to the costs- Ask to be the account owner for Airbnb, Vrbo, etc and add PM as a guest user, so that I can see the bookings and communication with tenants- Install a doorbell camera (I've seen some hosts do this on Airbnb)Are these things common asks for a PM?

I am considering adding this to services offered to clients, out of area and local, these properties are vacant, and no utilities.I am thinking of purchasing a system, putting it in, and removing it once property is rented/sold.I’ve seen stand alone solar cameras with cellular, im researching cost, and I want to provide access to owner if they wish to view the property remotely.

Of course, the camera and motion sensors will pick up movement, but if a kid wants to jump out the window and go see their friends, this is a super-easy bypass that most of them will figure out with a little Googling.The video doorbell (initially working properly) had to be replaced when I changed the Wi-Fi password.
