Yes take the promotion.

If you start looking into this subject you'll find plenty of lawyers promoting their services with all kinds of scary scenarios - found one claiming statistics that show 1 out of 4 persons will be sued in the next year.So, me too I'm looking for some real world examples of when you, or someone you personally know, has been sued and lost, and i don't mean lost 15k I'm talking real money, six/seven figures, the property itself, etc.

Keep in mind everyone is going to "promote" what they know and believe in.

Michael Brennan is too busy promoting his firm to actually spend time with clients, unless you are newly seeking which in that case he has no problem up-selling his team.In short, they botched my case so it was tossed.

Establish a budget to promote artificial scarcity.

It seems like each time I promote a financial strategy, I'm met with "that's a great idea, you're doing the right things."

Versus getting a coming soon with no information just to promote it, I wanted to get the calls and get the numbers so I would have a pool of people I'm in control of calling/converting when it was done.

Call it "spartan","zen" and "promotes zen flow"
