It doesn't matter how the overall market is doing and you don't lose returns because people get scared about BrExit haha), people always need a place to live, it's fairly stable and predictable ( a lot more than the market imo), tax savings, loan paydown, etc..

But if I could accurately predict the out come of court actions, I'd be very very wealthy.It would also make a big difference if the note holders accepted this along the lines of a short sale....but I understand that not all are agreeing.
