Chris music, I'm in the same boat here, what would be an example of a  "solid deal" in your opinion?

The rents would be X dollars, they won't destroy trees and they can't use too much electricity with music jam sessions, to it's easy money and it's rural, no restrictions, so why sell an income producing acreage as if someone was going to put a cow on it?

The city mayor is super progressive and has done awesome things for the music and arts in the city.
