@Kehiante Mckinley  Mounting those pulls from scratch is tricky business.

We do however fix basic things on microwaves like turn table motors, handles, etc and those things we can typically price out and quote over the phone saving people a call out and diagnostics fee.

Many are permanently mounted on foundations.

For some reason I can not see the difference with the mobility of a tiny home vs a motor home bus or trailer.

The fan blower motor has gone out twice.

The contractor doesn't really even need internet access because he just punches in a code to the lock keypad and the motorized deadbolt unlocks.  

@Giovannie Robinson you didn’t include rocky mount (close to Wilson) but I know lots of investors successfully BRRRing there
