Build extra units, at least one, but preferably as many as zoning will allow.Doing this does 3 things to help you in the long run.

If me then yes, I have a couple properties I have worked on or in the process of. 

I now prefer to buy out of state turnkey that I hold average return is 9-12% yearly on those.
