@Scott Meyers, Are you planning any full training session in Dallas?

It's a big leap from a Tenant/Landlord disagreement to actually going to Housing Court) by the way Go to a session at your Housing Court...2.

I happen to know an All Cash buyer in Rock County if you end up wanting to wholesale some of those deals ;)  I also try getting out to the Madison REIA General session each month, definitely a good group to attend if you are new to the area!

If someone here personally, or on the forums, would invest their time with me and give me a complete and total information download session, I would be more than greatful!

Also are they operating counseling sessions or have multiple people living there, moving in and out?

Josh hosted a remote session online and explained their process, markets, and timeframes for about 1-hour.

One could easily boot up into the surface and launch a virtual win 7 session or two if you had licensed OS versions to do so with.
