Hello BP,I am finishing my basement for personal use (no tenants) and just realized that the sewage outlet (going from the house to the street) is almost 4 feet above the basement floor level.

Even if it costs you an additional $10K to finish it correctly, that will bring an added value of $19K at $63/sf not realized currently. 

In order to finish up my market analysis, i have to have that data.  

She's started her job here at the university, he's still in another town finishing out a project.

Cash-flow; When I'm living in the property - 1500$, when I move out w property management included 800$ on 3 unit multifamily with a finished basement. 3 over 3 over 3. 1900$ rent per unit after rehab which was generously estimated at 30k.
