I sold Palo Alto in 92 ish in the trough but still sold for over double what i paid for in it mid 80s and bought in napa in the trough house was 2 years old and I bought it for 20 to 25% less than the folks. then it doubled and sold it in 01 and we were in a mini trough but bay area or at least Silverado was not really affected but i got a screaming deal on my PDX home that then doubled etc etc. 

Did the plumber not have his own mini X to dig with?

These mini trips will test our systems and processes to see if we really can leave for 6 months.  

Hi Ann--Yes, I have solved the hair care issue....Sally Beauty in Lebanon :)...and when I go to Boston to visit friends, I go on mini buying sprees.

Do a mini spruce up paint, clean, kitchen updates etc... and sell to owner occupants.

There is a lot of times that we have to meet with 5-10 electricians, GCs, window guys, etc trying to get the best bid. if someone offered to do that and help us and work a project and act as a mini project manager you'd learn a lot and it would help the person doing the project. we have 8 projects going right now all over columbus and you could help us with one if you'd like! 

I had a mobile home with a 3 ton unit. that could not keep up, i added a mini split ( 1 ton ) and it pretty much shuts the 3ton down for the day. it only comes on a little in the hot afternoon,  Electric savings paid for it in the first year.

So let’s say min is $100 and it’s a $100k property, so they could have 1,000 investors.
