@Kevin Howard my hvac guy wants to do ceiling mounted mini splits. 

The setup was cake, you just need to use sticky pads that they provide to mount the sensors around the house and two screws to mount the keypad.

@Alexandra Fisher they’re not really commuter cities to Raleigh but investors around here also like Fayetteville and rocky mount cities for rentals.

I've mounted simple master-lock combo lockboxes to foundation walls at a couple of my properties but am not sure if that is the best option.

I did replace bathroom and kitchen faucets as well as connectors, replaced ceiling fans, shower heads, wall mounts, tubes and shower faucets, towel bars, paper rings, ... etc.
