As the title says, I've just started learning about real estate investing this year by reading books, which led me to the BiggerPockets forums. 

But if the higher end properties don't cash flow, without putting any money into it, is that really that bad versus putting a few hundred thousand down and now it cash flows but I've just put a lot of money in?

I’ve just completed the rehab on a property and started taking rental applications.

I recently found out that the agent doesn’t hold their own license, but that their sponsoring brokerage does; does anybody know how things work if you don’t end up liking the brokerage you have and want to change?
