This has probably been written about on these forum's or in a blog countless of time's so you could google and get this information.The short answer is you need to know everything so ask a lot of questions.

Since this is so Baltimore specific, my googling hasn't turned up much on this topic.

Is there a call forwarding service similar to google voice, but will allow you to have more than one number forward to the same phone?

My Google search has turned up quite a few in the DFW area.... any you would recommend?

@Jeremiah Bishop  I usually just google whatever my question is, and follow it with bigger pockets, and most of the time a forum will pop up. 

Preferably around Jacksonville, or online (online is all I'm seeing in google searches, anyway).

Some great data sources I used were redfin's data center blog, google's public population estimates for cities, and talking with other investors. 

So i am Using the GI bill to pay for college, but I also got approved for $6,300 this year in financial aid (Pell Grant/Federal Supplement Grant).
