but it's a bunch of hassles, loop holes, AND TIME AND MONEY SPENT that he didn't foresee because he didn't STAY ON TOP OF THINGS.i think sometimes, it's the simple stuff right in front of our face that we overlook so easily.

Are there any extra loopholes regarding repairs on rental property and/or are they pretty much like any other "we cover everything except what's broke " insurance company.Any suggestions on good ones?

We have a contract that states we are investing with his corp. in the form of properties, and names the specific property that we invested in, but he sold our property and hasn't paid us back nor given us any documentation of what happened to our money, only to say that he is trying not to lose everything.Is that legal or did he find a loop hole?

Not immediate gratification, but...This company seems to be getting thru a lot of loopholes, surely their contracts, etc can not be that ironclad.

The mobile home park have tried sending us through loopholes, etc., to make it seem abandoned and lie about receiving our application so that after 30 days they can sell it for the lien and then if we want it we would have to satisfy it.

My eviction attorney here in Las Vegas, reviews all my leases to ensure that I don't have anything that could 1) be a loophole not in my favor & 2) have stipulations or lack of stipulations that could void the lease.  

I could probably get away with it but it’s better to follow the intent of the law then use loop holes to skirt them.
