Lots of times the trim, handles, racks or elements will be gone/broken so I go see them to get the broken parts to freshen up the appliances.Sometimes I order on amazon for wall plates, door handles, toilet paper holders etc.

At the end of a bull market in stocks, investors move from high-risk, growth stocks that have clearly reached their peak, into conservative, defensive, dividend-paying stocks or even bonds in order to protect the built-in gains that the investors racked-up while the market was soaring.

I red a lot of you, good people, have filed complaints and/or lawsuits and up till now, I have been racking my brain whether moving fast through the process as you have or gathering as many victims as possible to start something major to really make an impact.

Going into out of state real estate having a property manager that we wouldn't be dealing with in person is very nerve racking as i am personally that like to deal with people face to face.

However, recently, we have had a few properties that are not moving and I am racking my brain for creative ideas to generate interest.
