I'm not totally sure I understand your question, but I can say that every state that I know of requires that you include the words "Limited Liability Company" or "LLC" or some other specified variation if you are creating an LLC, e.g.

I don't know your position in the transaction, but if you find yourself in the middle of a double transaction or some variation of buy and sell, you can realize very nice net margins.Summarily, hang in there and don't get jumpy for that response.

You should consider a duplex or triplex at higher price points (and higher rents), as your fourplexes are almost all going to be in neighborhoods where every property is a fourplex and the rents are capped because of poor location and there's no variation in the supply in the market. 2) I forget number two, but you should find a lender that does 203k if you're up for rehabbing something.
