I’m a bartender to the ultra wealthy now which is easy, reliable income, but I remember working at a casino where I had to choose between the high-roller who’d pay me 100 bucks for a lucky beer or the tweaker lady who’d order a blended mudslide with 5 free cherries and tip me in pocket lint.

LOL  For RK I think he believes he does not have the luxury of putting his ideas out there with kid gloves because not only are they rarely discussed when those ideas are presented they are usually mischaracterized, and dismissed. 

It is my assumption that in times of great danger that people become more careful, spend less and think more about security than luxury. 

The previous owner was foreclosed on so they do not have the luxury of stating "they never agreed to leave". 

That is luxury high rise condo / rental territory or a Green Hills/ Forest Hills/ Belle Meade / Oak Hill home and usually those are Million + homes with plenty of amenities. 

I have just begun Working with Manhattist Inc, a luxury real estate company near Times Square.

I have the luxury of being able to relocate anywhere in the country for real estate investment.

How do units in luxury las vegas condos on the Strip look like in terms of a real estate investment for a buy and hold investor (as a rental)?

I can say that I have great tenants that do appreciate the small " luxuries" and have made comments that they are not leaving anytime soon.
